Guaranteeing equal opportunities and access to the labour market, establishing fair working conditions, ensuring a high level of social protection and defending social inclusion, one year after the proclamation of the European Social Rights Base, where is social Europe today?

In the run-up to the European elections, what topics are the social partners putting forward for collective bargaining? What role can or should the European social dialogue play? Do the European elections provide an opportunity to strengthen our social model? With the concomitant holding of the ETUC congress, the month of May 2019 seems to be conducive to social progress, to act for the well-being of European workers.
